If you purchase a defective item from The Patriot Shop, you may return it to us at our expense, including shipping, within thirty (30) days of the invoice date in order to receive a full refund or replacement. If an item is not defective, but you would still like to return it, you may do so at your expense, including shipping, within thirty (30) days of the invoice date in order to receive a full refund (not to include original shipping charges). Customers with non-defective returns will only be entitled to a refund or credit if the item they are returning is in new condition, including original packaging.
